2. No Return of Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital and customized services, completed work, delivered files, source code, design assets, animations, and other digital deliverables cannot be physically returned.

Once a project milestone has been completed and approved, it shall be considered accepted by the client.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet commenced after payment has been received.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed services for reasons within our control.
  • A duplicate payment has been made by the client.
  • Both parties mutually agree in writing to terminate the project and provide a partial refund.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Work on the project has already commenced.
  • Initial concepts, designs, prototypes, code, animations, or other deliverables have been created and shared with the client.
  • The client changes their mind after approving the project scope or commencement of work.
  • Delays or inability to complete the project result from the client’s failure to provide required information, materials, approvals, or feedback.
  • The client requests features, revisions, or modifications beyond the agreed project scope.
  • Services have been fully completed and delivered.

5. Deposits and Advance Payments

Any deposit or advance payment made to reserve project scheduling or initiate work may be non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits are intended to compensate for time allocation, planning, research, and preliminary work undertaken before project completion.

6. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.

In the event of cancellation:

  • The client shall remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Any outstanding invoices for completed work shall become immediately payable.
  • If applicable, a partial refund may be issued after deducting charges for work already performed and any non-recoverable expenses incurred.

7. Revision Requests

We strive to ensure client satisfaction through reasonable revisions as outlined in the applicable project agreement.

Dissatisfaction with creative preferences alone does not automatically qualify a client for a refund, especially where services have been provided in accordance with the agreed specifications.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund amount will be determined based on the stage of project completion and the value of work already delivered.
  • Refunds will generally be processed within a reasonable period after approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution involved.

9. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of ongoing services and legal action where permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time.
